On This Day 16/04/1964: The Rolling Stones released their debut album "The Rolling Stones" in the UK. It would come out in the US with a different track list in the May of 1964. It was recorded over five days at Regent Sound Studios, London. It was produced by Eric Easton and Andrew Loog Oldham. It went to number 1 in the UK for twelve weeks.
