On This Day 22/01/1963: The Beatles recorded sessions for three UK radio programs. The first session was for the show "Pop Inn" and was recorded at the BBC Paris studio. Next, they went to the Playhouse Theatre, London. There they recorded five songs for an appearance on the show "Saturday Club". Lastly, they went back to the BBC Paris studio to record for an appearance on the show "The Talent Spot". They played the songs 'Please Please Me', 'Ask Me Why' and 'Some Other Guy' in front of a live audience.
